Responsibilities for Business Development Analyst include but are not limited to:
· Conduct AI-driven lead generation and prospect research to identify financial decision-makers, validate opportunities, and support sales pipeline growth.
· Coordinate outreach campaigns through email marketing and LinkedIn Navigator to drive engagement with prospective clients.
· Maintain and validate contact databases, including updating inaccurate contact information and correcting undeliverable email records.
· Research provider organizations and key contacts to support accurate, targeted outreach across a database of approximately 175,000+ contacts per month.
· Support account renewal and sales activities for a team of 4 sales representatives managing over 500 active prospects/accounts simultaneously.
Candidates for Business Development Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· 1+ year of sales experience focused on lead generation, prospecting, or business development, preferably in a customer acquisition environment.
· 1+ year of AI-enabled research and data discovery experience using AI tools to identify prospects, gather company insights, and support sales outreach strategies.
· Experience with prospect research and identifying key decision-makers, particularly financial contacts within organizations.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing high-volume email communications and outreach activities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment, supporting multiple sales representatives and handling large volumes of account and contact data.

· Shift: 8:30am-5pm CT (30 min lunch), Monday - Friday

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
