Are you detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and ready to work behind the scenes to help patients receive the medications they depend on? Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Associate to support overnight pharmacy operations in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

💰 Pay: $17 – $18.23/hr

📍 Location: Monroeville, PA

🕒 Schedule Sun-Thurs 2:30pm - 11:00pm

💊 Position Summary

In this role, you’ll work closely with the operations pharmacist, operations supervisor, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate, assemble, pack, and ship patient medication orders. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and audit‑ready.

💊 What You’ll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist with medication packaging and shipping

✅ Retrieve and organize shipping labels/documents

✅ Track outgoing shipments and resolve delivery issues

✅ Maintain organized warehouse and pharmacy stock areas

✅ Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts

✅ Restock pharmacy picking areas

✅ Assist with purchase orders and inventory reconciliation

✅ Utilize computer systems, MS Word, and Excel

✅ Support pharmaceutical inventory management and returned goods processing

What We’re Looking For

✔ Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License (Required)

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Comfortable with heavy lifting

✔ Ability to bend, twist, stoop, walk, and stand throughout shift

✔ Basic computer and typing skills (20 WPM preferred)

✔ Experience operating a pallet jack is a plus

🎓 Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required

• Pharmacy experience is a plus

• Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers preferred

Pay Details: $18.23 per hour
