What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll play a vital role in the production process by assembling electronic components and circuit boards while maintaining high quality and workmanship standards.

Responsibilities include: 

Following detailed written, verbal, and visual work instructions
Manually placing and assembling electronic components on circuit boards
Inspecting products to ensure quality and accurate placement of parts
Using barcode scanners and small hand tools
Labeling and handling components, assemblies, and subassemblies
Maintaining accurate production records and progress reports
Restocking materials and monitoring parts inventory as needed
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area utilizing 5S principles
Following all company safety, health, and security policies

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to read and understand work instructions and visual aids
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills in a Windows-based environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Basic math skills, including percentages, ratios, and decimals
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
