We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient communication, accurate recordkeeping, and smooth coordination between warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to warehouse management and operations teams, seeking 2-5 years of expereince.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Enter, update, and maintain inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer records.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and pickups with customers and carriers.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Monitor office and warehouse supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, office, or warehouse support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in an office environment within a warehouse setting.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
