Our Purpose and Impact
With our global reach we have a powerful voice for change in the ED&I space. We lead by example with trailblazing projects and help businesses drive conscious inclusion. At Adecco, we create positive change by promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) in every action. We make progress by raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and helping clients develop programmes and pathways that drive inclusive employment. We are proud to say that:
- 66% of our employees are female
- 8.3/10 Peakon diversity and inclusion score
- 50/50 gender parity in leadership by 2030

Colleague led Inclusion
Our people are pivotal to our ED&I programmes. We have four colleague-led Inclusion Forums: Disability and Mental Health, Ethnicity, Gender, and LGBTQ+.
This is how we bring our strategy to life day to day, from leading book clubs to implementing allyship networks. They also ensure we actively support the Adecco Group’s five global ED&I pillars.

Every Wednesday, colleagues meet online to explore key ED&I themes. Our Inclusion Brunches are safe spaces to learn, listen, and share lived experiences – touching on far-reaching topics, including hidden disabilities, baby loss, sexuality, neurodiversity, and more.

ED&I events
Menopause in the workplace
In 2021, we were one of only 10% of employers with a Menopause Policy. Since then, we’ve trained over 100 clients to write their own policies, hosted industry webinars, and delivered menopause training for managers on client sites. We also proudly employ the UK government’s first Menopause Champion.
