QC Supervisor - Automotive Parts

Qualifications

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• More than 5 years as Quality Control (QC) at an automotive parts manufacturer is required (operation of measuring instruments is Must)
• Fair command in English
• Ability to operate measuring instruments such as 3D measuring equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead in-process quality control and continuous improvement activities (defect reduction, QC workflow improvement, overall quality enhancement)
• Monitor and ensure inspections and operations are performed according to work instructions
• Support inspection activities for mass production products
• Manage and supervise setup/changeover processes
• Perform first-shot inspections (visual and measurement) using Mitutoyo CMM and Keyence scanner
• Prepare and manage quality-related documents (Inspection Standards, Q-point, Work Instructions, Limit Samples, etc.)
• Respond to customer requirements and requests
• Conduct problem analysis and lead countermeasures, including 8D report preparation
• Support new model activities (PPAP, Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Handle customer audits and supplier audits
• Manage manpower allocation within the production process
