CAD/CAM Staff

Company Overview:

Our client is a leading Japanese-owned manufacturer of high-quality valves and pumps, including aerosol valves, sprayer pumps, and dispenser pumps. The company has been operating in Thailand for over 25 years with ongoing expansion to serve both domestic and international markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Mold Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields

• English: Daily Conversation Level

• 0-2 years of experience in CAD/CAM or plastic mold design are preferred

• Proficient in CAD/CAM software, preferably CAMTOOL and/or NX

• Knowledge of plastic injection molds and machining processes is an advantage

• Able to read engineering drawings and work closely with production teams

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify mold designs using CAD/CAM software such as CAMTOOL and NX

• Prepare machining programs and technical drawings to support mold manufacturing

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing processes

• Monitor mold production progress and provide technical support during manufacturing

• Troubleshoot design or production issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Ensure drawings and machining data comply with company standards and customer requirements
