Terms & conditions:

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Adecco Group AG (hereinafter referred to as “Adecco” or the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

  • The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  •  Participation is limited to legal residents of Europe.
  •  Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
  •  Employees of Adecco Group AG, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The contest runs from June 9th, 2026 to June 17th, 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter

To take part, participants must follow the steps below on LinkedIn during the contest period:

  1. Follow Adecco on LinkedIn.
  2. Like the contest post.
  3. Explain in one sentence why your colleagues are the ultimate teammates.
  4. By tagging a colleague (optional), participants confirm they have obtained that person’s consent to be mentioned in the contest entry.

Multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning, as the most creative, relevant and aligned with the contest theme sentence will be selected by the Global Adecco Marketing Team..

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive one official DECATHLON CMA CGM TEAM cycling jersey.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
  • Any tax obligations arising from the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be selected based on the best sentence submitted, considering creativity, relevance, and alignment with the contest theme.
  • All valid entries will be reviewed by Adecco Marketing team.
  • The winner will be announced during June month.
  • The selected winner will be contacted via LinkedIn private message from the official Adecco account to collect prize delivery details.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Adecco reserves the right to select another entry.

7. Prize Delivery

The winner will be asked to provide necessary personal details (such as shipping address and jersey size) solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Adecco is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the prize has been shipped.

8. Personal Data

  • Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of administering the contest and delivering the prize.
  • Adecco will not store or reuse the winner’s personal data once the contest has been completed and the prize has been successfully delivered.
  • All personal data collected will be deleted within a reasonable period after the contest has ended, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Only the data strictly necessary to ship the prize will be collected, namely:

  • Full name; Postal address (street, city, postal code, country); Email address; Phone number (only if required by the courier for delivery purposes).
  • No additional personal data will be collected, processed, or shared for marketing or other purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting an entry, participants grant Adecco a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted content for marketing, promotional, and internal purposes, without further compensation or notice.

Participants warrant that their entry is original, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and does not violate any applicable laws.

DECATHLON and CMA CGM TEAM are trademarks of their respective owners and are used herein for identification purposes only.

10. Liability

Adecco shall not be held responsible for technical issues, platform malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation or prize delivery.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. Participants acknowledge that their information is provided to Adecco, not LinkedIn.

12. General Conditions

  • Adecco reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the contest may result in disqualification.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

All decisions made by Adecco regarding the contest, including winner selection and eligibility determinations, are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the requirements set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
