Program Manager (Manufacturing Execution)

Our client is a leading multinational equipment manufacturer, supporting advanced manufacturing operations within the semiconductor industry. As part of business expansion, they are looking to hire a Program Manager/Project Manager to serve as the operational link between manufacturing, engineering and supply chain to ensure smooth execution and delivery of key business objectives.
The Role
This is an individual contributor role focused on driving cross-functional alignment, managing operational risks, and ensuring manufacturing readiness and delivery performance across ongoing programs.
- Identify and manage operational risks, including material shortages, supplier constraints, capacity limitations, and schedule delays.
- Lead issue resolution and recovery planning to mitigate execution risks and protect delivery commitments.
- Track project milestones, key action items, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
- Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.
- Drive accountability across teams and facilitate alignment to achieve business objectives.
The Talent
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Execution.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, material management, and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and drive issue resolution without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk management capabilities.
