Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR operations and support business growth through effective people practices.


This role is suited for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders, managing operational HR functions and driving initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will oversee key HR processes while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.


The Job:

  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide practical HR advice and support organisational objectives.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment practices remain compliant with local labour legislation.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition and succession planning initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management programmes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation and reporting.
  • Review and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, government agencies and relevant stakeholders where required.
  • Support regional or cross-functional HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

The Talent:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Prior experience in the data centre, critical infrastructure or engineering-related industry will be an advantage.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
