Full-Time Retail Store Manager (Luxury Makeup Boutique)

Our client is a well-established luxury beauty retailer specializing in fragrance, skincare, and premium beauty brands, with a strong focus on customer experience and retail excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury retail industry
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and operational management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-groomed and able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.



Job Scope:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive store sales through effective sales strategies, team performance management, and customer engagement.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and development.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare store reports and collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

*Please note this is a 1-Year Full Time Contract Role, Renewable/Extendable.
