Full-Time Luxury Beauty Advisor (Makeup Boutique)

Our client is a well-established luxury beauty retailer specializing in fragrance, skincare, and premium beauty brands, with a strong focus on customer experience and retail excellence.



Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of retail/beauty experience required
• Passion for beauty and customer service.
• Retail or beauty sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.



Job Scope:

• Manage daily store operations, including merchandise display, inventory control, replenishment of product samples, maintaining counter cleanliness, and ensuring accurate product pricing and all in alignment with brand standards and guidelines.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a welcoming and brand consistent store atmosphere.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

• Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for fragrance, skincare, or cosmetic products. 

• Drives sales by sharing product benefits and application techniques.

• Support the execution of sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns (if any)

• Gather and relay customer feedback and in-store insights to management

*Please note this is a 1-Year Full Time Contract Role, Renewable/Extendable.
