The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a publicly listed commodity player to support a portfolio of businesses  with a strong focus on enterprise risk governance, assurance, controls, risk reporting and continuous improvement of the risk management framework.

The Talent:

 

·      Circa 5 years’ experience in ERM, GRC, Internal Audit or Operational Risk monitoring and reporting.

·      Hands-on experience coordinating enterprise-wide risk assessments, governance programmes and management reporting cycles.

·      Strong understanding of risk registers, KRIs, control frameworks, control effectiveness reviews and remediation tracking.

·      Experience working with senior management, business heads, country teams and functional stakeholders.

·      Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are highly preferred.

·      Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide timely risk insights and support commercial decision-making.

The Job:

You will be responsible for the ongoing administration, governance, monitoring and enhancement of the IRAF 2.0 governance platform, supporting enterprise-wide risk assessments, Key Risk Indicator monitoring, Management Control Assessments and Board-level risk reporting. Acting as the custodian of the framework, you will ensure risks, controls, KRIs and mitigation plans remain relevant, current and aligned with the organisation’s evolving business, operational and regulatory environment.


·      Maintain and administer the existing IRAF 2.0 framework across the organisation’s businesses.

·      Coordinate periodic reviews of Tier 1 and Tier 2 risks to ensure continued relevance, adequacy and alignment with the risk appetite.

·      Review and update risk descriptions, risk definitions, key controls, mitigation plans, KRIs and Management Control Assessments.

·      Conduct and coordinate the quarterly IRAF assessment cycle covering Tier 1 risks, Tier 2 risks, KRIs and MCAs.

·      Work closely with business units, country teams and functional stakeholders to secure timely submission of risk assessment deliverables.

·      Challenge assessment outcomes where appropriate to ensure consistency in risk ratings, control effectiveness evaluations and remediation tracking.

·      Track remediation plans arising from control weaknesses and monitor closure status with business and functional owners.

·      Consolidate quarterly assessment results into management and Board Risk Committee reporting packs.

·      Highlight emerging risks, deteriorating control environments and key matters requiring senior management attention.

·      Facilitate risk discussions and workshops to ensure stakeholder understanding, alignment and effective adoption of the framework.

·      Provide guidance on risk assessments, KRI reporting, control documentation, MCA completion and implementation of risk mitigations.

·      Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement and adoption of the IRAF 2.0 digital platform.

·      Partner with technology, governance and assurance teams to improve reporting quality, workflow efficiency and user experience.
