The Talent:

  

· 5 years experience across sanctions and legal compliance and ethics compliance

· Experience in conducting compliance training

· Strong understanding of sanctions regulations, including OFAC, EU, UK and UN requirements.

·  Familiarity with AML, ABC and broader compliance frameworks.

·   Experience managing insurance placements, renewals and claims.

·      Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.


The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a publicly listed commodity firm to provide dedicated support across sanctions compliance, ethics and business conduct, compliance training, attestations and global insurance management.


The Job:

You will be responsible for the ongoing administration, governance, monitoring and enhancement of sanctions compliance, ethics and business conduct initiatives, compliance training and attestation programmes. You will also provide oversight and end-to-end management of the global insurance portfolio.


· Manage ongoing sanctions screening and monitoring using the Dow Jones platform.

· Ensure complete screening coverage of counterparties and business relationships.

·  Investigate sanctions, AML, ABC and adverse media alerts, including UBO reviews and enhanced due diligence assessments.

· Coordinate with external law firms on sanctions-related matters where required and provide sanctions advisory support to management and business teams.

· Manage the end-to-end administration of mandatory compliance training, annual rollouts, completion monitoring and reporting.

·Review the adequacy of the compliance training framework and recommend new modules based on regulatory developments, compliance incidents and emerging risks.

· Partner with HR, business units and functional stakeholders to identify training gaps and compliance awareness requirements.

· Design and implement compliance awareness campaigns, communication initiatives and targeted learning programmes.

·  Drive system enhancements for LMS, attestation platforms and compliance monitoring tools.

· Develop automated dashboards and management reports for training completion, attestation status, compliance metrics and outstanding actions.

· Coordinate stakeholders and lead the review, update and rebranding of compliance policies.

· Assess insurance coverage adequacy, support annual policy renewals and coordinate with brokers, insurers and reinsurers.

·  Monitor insurance claims, ensure accurate exposure reporting and prepare Board and management reporting on insurance matters.
