This role is responsible for coordinating internal and external communications, employee engagement initiatives, CSR programmes, and corporate events, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute communications strategies. The incumbent will also monitor media and regulatory developments, manage communications planning and reporting, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of regional communications activities.

The Opportunity

This role offers excellent exposure to internal communications, corporate affairs, CSR initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration while working closely with senior regional stakeholders.

The Talent

·       Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English

·       Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Good writing, editing, and presentation abilities.

·       Well-organized with strong project coordination and multitasking capabilities.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is an added advantage.

The Job

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of communications strategies and campaigns.

·       Develop, write, edit, and localize internal communications, employee engagement content, and campaign materials for the local market.

·       Coordinate corporate events, employee engagement activities, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners.

·       Maintain and manage the communications, CSR, and corporate affairs calendar to support timely planning and execution of activities.

·       Monitor media, social media, legislative, and regulatory developments across Singapore, Australia, and Thailand, and provide concise updates and insights to the Corporate Affairs & Communications Director.

·       Coordinate vendor engagement, budget tracking, reporting, and other administrative activities to ensure the smooth delivery of communications initiatives.

·       Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Corporate Affairs & Communications team as required.
