CFT Application Senior Engineer

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a reputable equipment manufacturer company  to lead in machine buyoffs, implement process improvements, train and supervise teams on new technologies, and foster a strong culture of quality, operational excellence, and continuous learning.

The Job:

• Develop / Optimize process parameters for customer application.
• Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents.
• Improve continually existing operation for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings
• Handle advance level troubleshooting on machine by recommending solutions.
• Perform set-up, calibration and testing of wedge bonder machine in order to meet shipment schedule.
• Interpret and analysis test data.
• Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology.
• Lead successful customer machine buyoff.
• Identify ways to reduce operation costs through recommendations – i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance
• Establish a training and quality culture.
• Troubleshoot process/machine problem affecting application by reporting and recommending solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Talent:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced level knowledge of process DOE
• More than 5 years experiences in process engineering
• Good Knowledge in machine trouble shooting and testing
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skill
