Youth Football Sponsorship Programme

The annual Adecco youth football sponsorship programme supports grassroots teams across the UK with new kits. Awarding all successful teams up to £500 to put towards new kits, our grassroots football funding helps support teams aged between 5 and 16 years old.

Applications for the 2026-2027 season are now closed. Thank you to all the teams who applied. Applications for the 2027-2028 season will open in spring 2027.

Eligibility is open to grassroots youth teams from anywhere in the UK. Teams must be supporting players aged 5–16 and can be single‑gender or mixed‑gender teams. Applications are welcome from all grassroots youth teams, and you do not need to have previously worked with Adecco or have an existing relationship with us to apply.
We know a huge amount of effort goes into keeping grassroots football alive. Training nights. Early kick‑offs. Players giving everything they’ve got. Parents, coaches and volunteers turning up week after week to make it all happen. We do this because those moments matter. Because feeling part of a team can make all the difference.

Since this initiative began in 2020, we've sponsored 66 youth teams from the southern coast of England right up to the North East, and we can't wait to cheer on even more.

By partnering with Adecco, you align your business with an environmentally and socially responsible organisation, helping to green your supply chain while making a positive community impact. Each year, our teams deliver a range of initiatives that support the communities where we live and work, including Easter egg collections for children’s charities and partnerships with environmental organisations such as Trees for Life.
