Location : Peterfield


Temporary to permanent


Choose a consistent shift that suits your lifestyle - no rotation.
Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hr Monday to Friday


Full‑time, 5 days a week.


What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading or supervising teams

  • A background in manufacturing or production

  • Previous roles such as Team Leader, Line Leader, Cell Leader, or similar

What You'll Be Doing


As a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production operation runs smoothly and efficiently:



  • Lead your team to achieve daily production plans, KPIs, and quality standards

  • Coach, support, and develop operators - from skill‑building to return‑to‑work support

  • Use OEE data and structured problem solving to improve output and reduce downtime

  • Champion Lean, 5S, and waste‑reduction initiatives across your area

  • Ensure rigorous quality compliance, documentation, and corrective actions

  • Support wider business projects with flexibility to assist in production tasks when needed
