  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to achieve manufacturing targets.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a post-processing, finishing, dressing, fettling, casting, foundry, fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong experience using pneumatic hand tools, particularly grinders, die grinders, burr tools, sanders, and sanding discs.

  • Experience working with castings and component dressing.

  • Ability to follow SOPs, data cards, and work instructions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a casting house or foundry environment.

  • Experience with blasting operations.

  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and quality inspection processes.

  • Background in aerospace, automotive, defence, heavy engineering, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Competencies

  • Ability to hit the ground running

  • High attention to detail

  • Quality-focused mindset

  • Mechanical aptitude

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a practical and experienced technician with a strong background in casting, dressing, fettling, and post-processing activities. You'll be confident using grinders, sanding equipment, and blasting machinery, with the ability to consistently achieve high-quality results while maintaining excellent safety standards.
