Despatch/Warehouse operative

• Generate pick lists from the warehouse management system


• Pick items using a hand-held scanner


• Load picked items into trolleys ready for processing


• Package and label products accurately


• Load completed orders into containers for despatch


• Update and maintain stock labelling


• Package and process inbound stock deliveries


• Carry out general warehouse and despatch duties as required


• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

• Previous warehouse or despatch experience is desirable


• Experience using hand-held scanners would be advantageous


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual


• Good communication skills and a positive attitude


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
