Hybrid 1 day a week required in the Manchester Office

This client is a Non-profit organisation that supports UK government with their Energy and Net Zero goals. They are looking for multiple customer service individuals to support with a diverse range of inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple communication channels, providing accurate information, guidance, and support to members of the public, delivery partners, and key stakeholders.

Experience required:

• Experience working within a contact centre, customer service, or customer engagement environment.


• Proven experience managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.


• Strong IT literacy, including experience using CRM, customer management, or case management systems.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
