The Opportunity

We are seeking a Technology Business Partner to act as a trusted link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring technology solutions support strategic and operational objectives.

This role will play a key part in developing strong stakeholder relationships, understanding business priorities, shaping technology initiatives, and helping deliver effective solutions that create measurable value.

The successful individual will work across multiple business functions, providing strategic technology guidance while supporting the planning, prioritisation, and delivery of technology-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams.


• Develop a strong understanding of business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.


• Translate business needs into technology requirements and solution proposals.


• Support the development and maintenance of technology roadmaps aligned to organisational objectives.


• Facilitate demand management processes and help prioritise technology initiatives.


• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.


• Support governance activities, decision-making processes, and investment planning.


• Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.


• Monitor the progress and outcomes of technology initiatives and provide stakeholder updates.


• Promote effective communication and collaboration across business and technology functions.

Skills and Experience

We're interested in hearing from professionals who can demonstrate experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Technology business partnering, business relationship management, or a similar stakeholder-focused role.


• Building relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.


• Technology strategy, technology planning, or roadmap development.


• Demand management, portfolio management, or technology governance.


• Business analysis, requirements gathering, or solution shaping.


• Working within complex organisational environments with multiple stakeholder groups.


• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery outcomes.


• Experience working closely with technology, service delivery, transformation, or operational teams.
