Our Reconciliation Action Plan

The Adecco Group strives to make the future work for everyone. Our reconciliation is rooted in the belief that talent knows no bounds. The Adecco Group Australia is proud to present our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). With this RAP, we are professing a formal commitment to building trust, respect, and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The Adecco Group acknowledge our business is conducted on the traditional lands of First Nations peoples. With our RAP as the vehicle for change, we are committed to implementing practical actions that address the social, economic and educational inequities experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It is our aim to create sustainable and mutually beneficial programs that build partnerships, pathways and processes that ensure equitable access to employment opportunities.
