Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in preparing and painting components to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, masking, and other preparation methods.
• Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve required colours and specifications.
• Apply paint and coatings to meet quality and finish requirements.
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology, Certificate III in Aircraft Surface Finishing, or Certificate III in Automotive Vehicle Body (qualification will be sighted at interview).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• A willingness to complete a Drug & Alcohol Test and National Police Check following a successful interview.
