Role Overview: 
On behalf of our trusted client, an international IT company, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with French. The role involves supporting B2B customers in the IT sector through communication, order handling, and relationship management, with a focus on customer support, sales, or operations depending on the candidate’s experience and strengths. 

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage customer orders in internal systems
  • Monitor orders throughout their full lifecycle
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of all orders
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding order details and quotations
  • Handle mainly email communication and participate in occasional calls and trainings with teams in France

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (customer support, sales, operations, or administration)
  • French language proficiency (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and good multitasking skills
  • Basic technical understanding and ability to work with different tools and systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with CRM systems, data entry, or order management is an advantage
