Project Implementation Manager

A Chinese logistics company launched by Alibaba Group, jointly with eight other companies, on 28 May 2013. As of May 2018, the company was one of the largest unicorn companies in China, valued at 100 billion yuan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project execution management: responsible for the whole process management of the project from start-up to delivery, including but not limited to project progress tracking, quality control, cost management, risk assessment and response. 
• Team and resource coordination: effectively coordinate internal system (OMS/WMS/TMS), operation and other department resources, as well as external suppliers and partners, to ensure the smooth progress of the project. 
• Customer communication and relationship management: as the main contact of customers, regularly report project progress to customers, respond to changes in customer needs in a timely manner, and maintain good customer relationships. 
• Project delivery and acceptance: Organize project delivery, ensure that project results meet contract requirements and customer expectations, and successfully complete project acceptance. 
• Experience summary and sharing: After the end of the project, organize the project documents, analyze the gains and losses of the project, refine the lessons learned, contribute value to the company's knowledge base, and share it within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• English, Chinese and Vietnamese are mandatory needed.  
• Computer science and supply chain related majors are preferred.
• Familiar with logistics industry knowledge, also related industry experience. A certain understanding of supply chain system OTWB (OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS) is preferred.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel at different levels. 
• It is nice to have at least 3 years of working experience in product, implementation or project management, leading or deeply participating in the implementation process of more than 2 medium and large projects. Applicants holding PMP or senior project manager qualification certificates are preferred.
• Other: Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, can work efficiently under pressure.
