Adecco's Client - A globally recognized toy company renowned for its iconic interlocking building bricks that inspire creativity, imagination, and hands-on learning - is looking for a Project Coordinator role to play a core part of the Factory Project, within the Global Workplace Projects organization.
Contract term: The project duration is estimated to be 1.5 – 2 years. The employee will sign 1 year (via Adecco) first, then will be extended upon performance and business plan.
Location: VSIP III, Binh Duong - Shuttle bus provided from HCMC (D1, D2, Thu Duc, Tan Phu, Tan Binh, D9, Nha Be), Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) & Binh Duong (Lai Thieu, Di An, Thu Dau Mot)
Time: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 WFH/month)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support various factory project activities, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and followed up effectively.
- Manage project documentation and SharePoint, including document control, access rights, and information organization.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication between local and international teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and information flow.
- Organize and support project meetings, including scheduling, logistics, meeting materials, and action tracking.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Program Lead and Project Managers, handling SAP-related administration and other ad-hoc project needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related majors.
- 1–3+ years' experience in Project Administration roles in similar size / global organizations.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or large-scale project environments is preferred.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SharePoint & SAP (for basic administration), and MS Office/Teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Degree or certification in Project Management, or a related field is a plus
