Digital Transformation Manager

ABOUT ADECCO'S CLIENT

• Our client is a leading global insurance company with a strong presence across Asia, known for delivering innovative and customer-centric insurance solutions. As part of their business expansion in Vietnam, they are looking for a strategic and commercially driven professional to strengthen partnership channels and drive digital business growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business outputs 

• Participate in building and implementation of the Company’s Transformation Strategy, Digital Projects and Initiatives 
• Set up, continuously maintain & enhance facility for selling Insurance Products via digital channels 
• Work closely with other related divisions to create, implement & maintain digital sales & service process 
• Create digital solutions that are targeted at company existing customers, prospects, as well as new customer segmentations 
• Continually offer new, fresh and innovative ideas and solutions to maximize digital business resources.

2. Management: 

• Support management of Digital Business Development operation 
• Support to set up, update & implement the division guideline, processes 
• Train, coach and develop junior employees to build up a strong team 
• Closely monitor related parties, functions to make sure all Digital activities aligned with the timeline 
• Track completion and ensure quality of project deliverables.

3. Others

• Timely complete the reports as required by line manager 
• Other project management works as assigned by line manager 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing digital systems and integration with other systems.
• Experience with one below languages: NodeJS/Javascript, PHP, C#.
• Good knowledge of design patterns and tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality of the work.
• Business mindset is a plus.
• Good command in English.
