Apparel Material Planner Specialist

• As an Apparel Material Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the right quality is shipped on-time for all Apparel Materials.
• As a key member of the globally integrated supply chain team and cross-functional apparel organization, you will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam with frequent travel to HCM as well as within Asia. 

Your Story:

• Keen to clean, play, and manage material booking data through different tools (Google Sheets, power BI, looker, Hex, PLM, Smartsheets).
• Expertise on data management with Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn technical fabrics & trims, basic know-how of apparel development process & its requirements is preferred.
• Egar to learn and develop a robust system for material planning where multiple parties can collaborate (Brand, T1 & T2).
• 1-3 years of experience in Material Management or Supply Chain. Apparel background is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is a must, and Chinese is advantageous.
• An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation, and a natural push for excellence.
• Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment.  

Your Mission: 

• Develop and Implement material planning tools with T1 and T1 partners.
• Ensuring order book visibility through dashboards and power BI tools.
• Consolidating booking and leftover material data from different tools and providing end-to-end visibility of material from Forecasting to material booking by T1 to T2 partners.
• Troubleshooting T1 and T2 system related quires (smartsheet dynamic views, data uploads, Google Sheets, PLM).
• Ensure on-time deliveries for all Materials from Material Suppliers to Garment Manufacturers: Greige booking, Order follow-up, Capacity management.
