We are looking for a Trade Marketing Section Leader for our client in the automotive sector, for whom we provide consulting services.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or in a relevant field,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential,
- At least 15 years of experience in “Sales & Trade Marketing” in automotive battery industry or related sector,
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; CRM tools experience preferred,
- Strong leadership skills with a background in team coordination,
- Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills,
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills,
- Able to frequently travel,
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
Job Description
- Developing trade marketing strategies and translating brand strategies into actionable go-to-market plans to drive category growth,
- Leading the commercial planning process for assigned categories/brands, ensuring alignment with business targets,
- Performing product, channel, and customer segmentations,
- Analyzing the battery market and market share to identify opportunities for growth and strategic positioning,
- Conducting sales analysis and setting data-driven sales targets,
- Generating new product and services requests based on markets needs and actively participating in the development process,
- Developing pricing and brand portfolio strategies,
- Leading main dealer and retailers marketing operations (branding, promotions, promotional items),
- Organizing distributor meetings and trade fairs,
- Managing Retail Loyalty Program and continuously optimizing reward structures,
- Designing and managing trade and consumer campaigns and promotions, analyzing ROI to improve campaing efficiency,
- Conducting field research on competitive products and pricing,
- Tracking products, categories, and sales channels profitability, and suggesting price positioning changes,
- Managing all processes within the Turquality Program.
