We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and candidate‑experience‑driven Talent Coordinator. If you enjoy dynamic environments, have a strong team spirit, and love improving processes, this role is for you! What will be your mission? - Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process. - Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel arrangements, and book meeting rooms. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing clear and timely communication. - Welcome and accompany candidates on‑site when needed. - Contribute to optimizing internal processes within the Talent Coordination team. - Support ad‑hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Talent Acquisition area. - Assist in the organization and participation in recruitment events. Fluency in English (mandatory).
