What will your day-to-day look like?
As aJunior R2R Analyst, you will support key General Ledger and financial reporting
activities:

● General Ledger Support: Post standard journal entries, update recurring reports,
and assist with account reconciliations.
● Statutory & Tax Compliance: Help gather and prepare data for legal and tax
requirement reports (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, Central Bank, Statistics).
● FixedAssets Accounting: Assist in creating standard fixed assets, running
depreciations, and spotting discrepancies between Fixed Assets and GL modules.
● Process Quality: Ensure all operations follow standard desktop procedures
(DTPs) and assist in updating documentation.
● Stakeholder Support: Respond to daily inquiries from local finance partners and
external auditors.

What are we looking for?
● Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics.
● Languages: Fluent English and French MANDATORY.
● Experience: Previous exposure to a Shared Service Center (BSC) or multinational
company is desirable, but a strong learning mindset is key.
● Skills: Basic knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Excel spreadsheets, and
ERP systems.
