If you enjoy providing excellent support, understanding users’ real needs and ensuring a smooth experience at every touchpoint, this opportunity is for you! ⭐ As a Customer Service – Benelux Market professional, your mission will be to help users get the service they’re looking for, acting as the connection between users and suppliers 🚀 What will your responsibilities be? 📞 Contact users who have requested a service (after 48 hours) or reconnect with previous users; 🔍 Understand users’ real needs to ensure the best follow‑up; ✔️ Confirm and validate company information; ➡️ Forward user contacts to the right suppliers. What do you need to be successful in this role? ✅ Fluent or native Dutch speaker; ✅ Fluent or native English is a plus; ✅ Excellent communication skills; ✅ Strong customer orientation and attention to detail. What do we offer? 📝 Permanent contract directly with the client; 💰 Base salary aligned with your experience; 💳 Meal allowance: €7.80 per day (prepaid card); 💸 Monthly performance bonus; 🚉 Transport allowance: €20 per month;
