Are you fluent in German and passionate about finance and customer relations? Join a leading international company in the mobility sector, based in Oeiras, and contribute to efficient financial operations in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

🚗 Your Responsibilities:
Manage collection activities to maximize cash flow;
Contact customers with overdue accounts and investigate reasons for non-payment;
Issue payment commitment letters and credit hold notifications;
Coordinate changes to customer credit limits;
Prepare and process small claims court complaints;
Maintain accurate records of customer payment status.

🚗 What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in German and English is mandatory;
Minimum education: High School diploma;
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections (preferred);
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google/Microsoft tools;
Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a plus;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
