Collections Agent – Hybrid | Miraflores, Algés

✨ what you’ll be doing

• managing an international portfolio of clients 🌍
• ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue accounts
• handling customer complaints and routing them to the right teams
• retrieving missing accounting information by phone and email
• negotiating with tact and reinforcing company policies
• keeping accurate records of interactions and issues
• spotting problems in customer accounts and suggesting solutions
• building solid relationships with internal teams (ssc & subsidiaries) and external clients

✨ what we’re looking for

• fluency in english (c1)
• strong excel and sap skills
• 3+ years of experience in cash collection or similar roles (ssc experience is a plus)
• solid finance knowledge and high attention to detail

• base salary 1.200€ 💰
• meal allowance: 9.60€/day 🍽
