• Pick and consolidate orders prepared for shipment.
• Pack and label cartons or pallets according to Fortinet packaging standards and carrier requirements.
• Stage and prepare shipments for UPS / FedEx / DHL / other carriers.
• Verify outbound shipments (quantities, serial numbers, and paperwork) and complete WMS shipping confirmations.
• Assist with loading trucks and ensure timely handover to carriers.
• Communicate proactively about any issues impacting shipping deadlines or pickups.

• Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Includes two short breaks of 15 minutes and one 30-minute lunch break (all unpaid);
• A full working day counts as 8 hours;
• Overtime Compensation: Overtime applies after 8 working hours per day Overtime is compensated at the following rates: Monday – Friday: +30%, Saturday: +50%, Sunday and Public Holidays: +100%
• Salary Range: The average hourly rate for the roles falls between €16 and €17 gross per hour, depending on the specific role and experience.
• Contract Type: Temporary contract via Adecco, with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

• Proven attention to detail and speed in order picking or e-commerce fulfillment;
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and WMS;

• Ability to lift up to 18 kg / 40 lbs and walk long distances in the warehouse;
• Flexible and calm under peak volume conditions (quarter-end)
• English communication skills.
