Warehouse associate

As a warehouse associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to maintain smooth operations and provide excellent service to customers.

• Receive, review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using order management system;
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the team to ensure stock availability and update inventory records as necessary;
• Select items from inventory according to customer orders, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment;
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries, generate shipping labels, and ensure timely shipment of orders to customers;
• Handle returns and exchanges by processing return requests, issuing refunds or replacements.

• 1 year contract via Adecco starting from 1 Septemebr 2026;
• Salary between €15,50 and 17,50 gross per hour;

• Previous experience in order processing, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Residing within commuting distance of the office and available to work fully onsite;
• Fluent in English.
