As a Testing Technician, you’ll handle important tasks such as:

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair servers, PCBAs, and other products from both the production line and RMA process.
• Perform quality control checks on incoming boards and components to ensure they meet Supermicro's high standards.
• Diagnose hardware failures and identify root causes, working closely with engineers and supervisors to resolve technical issues.
• Document repair findings and updates in the RMA database, while carrying out ECO implementations, BIOS updates, and firmware upgrades.
• Follow established testing procedures and quality standards while thriving in a fast paced production environment and meeting daily targets.

• Extensive experience in solving system-related problems.
• Minimum AA in Engineering, BA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in systems troubleshooting preferred.
• Basic understanding of PC hardware, systems, and server operations.
• Familiarity with Windows or DOS environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written English.
