What are you going to do?In this role, you will work with safety equipment used in commercial aircraft. Your job is to inspect, test and maintain critical aviation safety products according to strict technical manuals. You will always follow detailed English instructions and procedures. Precision and accuracy are extremely important, because the equipment you work with plays a vital role in passenger safety. You will work closely with colleagues from different departments and register your work in the internal system.
Your tasks include:
- Performing inspections on aviation safety equipment such as evacuation slides, life jackets and oxygen systems;
- Testing products by inflating, pressure testing and checking for leaks or defects;
- Carefully following detailed English technical manuals and safety procedures;
- Documenting inspections and results in the company system (Quantum);
- Communicating with colleagues from customer service and other departments;
- Identifying and reporting any irregularities immediately.
This is a full-time position (40 hours) from Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00. In the future, the company may transition to a two-shift system, so flexibility is important.

You will work for an aviation safety company in Duiven that specializes in the inspection, maintenance and certification of aircraft safety equipment. The company works with well-known international airlines and ensures that critical safety systems are always fully operational. Although the organization operates internationally, the team in Duiven consists of around 50 colleagues, creating a friendly and collaborative working environment. Communication lines are short, management works closely with the team and everyone contributes to maintaining the highest safety standards. The working language within the company is English, as the organization operates internationally.
What do we ask?You do not need previous aviation experience, but a technical mindset is essential. We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks and reads English well;
- Has a technical mindset (for example experience with mechanical work, repairing vehicles or technical hobbies);
- Works very accurately and precisely;
- Is comfortable with structured procedures and manuals;
- Enjoys working in a team environment;
- Is available 40 hours per week.
