Join a leading food production company in Steenderen as a Team Leader Manufacturing and play an important role in guiding a production team in a 5-shift operation.

We are looking for a Team Leader Manufacturing to support production operations. In this role, you will lead a team of operators, ensure daily production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

You will work closely with Production, Planning, Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations across the site.

Your main tasks will be:

• Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of approximately 11 operators;
• Ensuring sufficient staffing levels for all shifts;
• Coordinating and arranging temporary agency workers when required;
• Conducting daily production floor and warehouse walk-throughs;
• Monitoring safety, quality, and operational performance;
• Participating in production and workforce planning meetings;
• Coordinating actions related to maintenance, staffing, and production priorities;
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department;
• Processing and closing production orders in SAP;
• Acting as a role model for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence;
• Managing team performance and supporting employee development.

• Salary between €4,000 - €4,600 gross per month (it depends on years of experience);

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment;
• Proven experience managing and motivating operational teams;
• Strong communication and people management skills;
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with workforce planning and operational coordination;
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement;
• Flexible and hands-on approach to leadership;
• Dutch is required on a native level, English is a plus but not a hard must;
• Availability to work in a 5-shift operation.
