As a Supply Chain Specialist, you support the CEMEA Marketplace Supply Chain team in delivering strong operational performance across distributor markets. You play a key role in executional supply chain activities, ensuring products move smoothly through the supply chain during a critical system transition period.

This is a temporary assignment until February 2027.
What are you going to do?- Drive supply chain performance and profitable growth with EMEA Logistics and Transportation teams.
- Represent Supply Chain within the Integrated Account Team, aligning operational, commercial, and financial plans.
- Partner with external accounts and internal teams to ensure seamless seasonal execution and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support inventory management, balanced marketplaces, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and lead process improvement and innovation initiatives using project management principles.
- Support transformational projects through hands-on execution and continuous improvement feedback.
- Own end-to-end logistics processes from shipment release through documentation archiving.

What do we ask?You have a strong operational mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for continuous improvement. You also have:
- Proven work experience in a supply chain, logistics or operations role with a passion for delivering operational excellence.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive best-in-class service and business results.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
- Experience leading stakeholder meetings and managing customer-facing operational discussions.
- A proven track record of driving process improvements and supporting transformational initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP; knowledge of Cognos, Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.
