Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Join Nike EHQ as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist and help ensure products move seamlessly across Nike's Liquidation marketplace in EMEA.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of supply chain execution, connecting planning with operational delivery. You'll work across multiple teams to keep inventory flowing, resolve operational challenges, and support a premium experience for both consumers and business partners. This is a temporary assignment running until 16 July 2027.

• Coordinate end-to-end order management activities to ensure smooth and timely product flow across Nike Liquidation Accounts
• Monitor operational performance and proactively address risks, bottlenecks, and service challenges
• Partner with Planning, Transportation, Distribution, Merchandising, Finance, and external partners to deliver business objectives
• Use data and reporting tools to analyze supply chain performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Support seasonal launches, inventory transitions, and key marketplace moments through effective scenario planning
• Act as a trusted operational expert, communicating opportunities and solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, service levels, and overall supply chain performance

You have:

• Experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related business function
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions and business decisions
• Experience managing priorities and solving problems in a dynamic operational environment
• A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of optimizing processes and ways of working
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions
• Ability to work independently while building effective partnerships across teams
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with systems such as SAP, Cognos, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
