Are you an administrative professional with a commercial mindset who thrives in an international environment? We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join a leading global organization operating in the high-tech and scientific industry.

What are you going to do?

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team across the EMEA region. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and manage the entire order lifecycle from order entry to delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Account Managers with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Processing, reviewing, and booking sales orders in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Monitoring order acceptance, order tracking, and revenue registration.
  • Coordinating deliveries between customers, production facilities, and logistics partners.
  • Managing invoicing and financial administration related to customer orders.
  • Supporting export documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaising with Finance regarding credit approvals and billing matters.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding order processing activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

What do we ask?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, preferably MBO. Validated experience in sales support, service, order fulfillment or business administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and preferably in German
  • Good knowledge of CRM, QAD, CORA and Microsoft Office packages, such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work within tight schedules and under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative / integrative style of working to reach common goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all areas of personal responsibility are handled promptly, accurately, and with outstanding support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible to adept other business necessities or duties when needed or assigned.
