As an R4R Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department and focus on Repair for Reuse activities. Your main responsibility will be repairing and restoring packaging materials, including plastic welding, to extend their lifecycle and support sustainable operations.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a dynamic environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

• Repairing and restoring packaging materials for reuse
• Performing plastic welding activities
• Inspecting materials for quality and usability
• Executing maintenance and repair tasks according to procedures
• Recording completed work and repair information
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with colleagues from multiple departments
• Maintaining safety and quality standards

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Two-shift schedule:
  • 06:00 - 15:00
  • 15:00 - 00:00
• Saturday work may occur in consultation and saturday hours paid at 150%

Experience in production, maintenance, repair, or technical work is an advantage
