Production Team Leader

Are you an experienced production professional who enjoys taking the lead? Do you like coaching colleagues while staying hands on in the production process? And can you keep a clear overview when several production tables are running at the same time?

For a stable manufacturing company in the region, we are looking for a Production Team Leader for the press department. Together with a team of around 6 colleagues, you will work on the production of high quality sandwich panels and make sure the production process runs smoothly.

As Production Team Leader, you are the link between the Production Manager and the production team.

• Lead and support a team of around 6 colleagues and make sure everyone knows what is expected
• Start each day by communicating the production plan, priorities and tasks to the team
• Monitor several press tables at the same time and keep a clear overview of the production process
• Answer questions, solve problems and support colleagues during production
• Carry out quality checks and make sure products meet the required standards
• Work hands on in the production process while also providing guidance and instructions to your colleagues
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the way of working

You will start through Adecco, with a strong possibility of being taken over by the client.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €4,700 based on full time employment
• 8.33% holiday allowance

You will join a stable manufacturing company specialising in the production of sandwich panels. On the press department, you will work closely with an experienced team in a practical and hands on environment.

Teamwork, clear communication and quality are important here. As Production Team Leader, you will have an important role on the shop floor and will directly contribute to a smooth and efficient production process.

• Experience in leading or coordinating a production team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support colleagues
• Technical understanding and the ability to read production drawings
• The ability to multitask and maintain a clear overview in a busy production environment
• A precise and quality focused way of working
• Good command of both Dutch and English; English is essential for this position
• Your own means of transport to reach the workplace
