Production Team Leader (Shifts)

As a Production Team Leader, you will manage a team of around 17 employees. You ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan, while also focusing on the development of your team members.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators;
• Manage absence cases and support employee development and engagement;
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards;
• Monitor staffing levels, team performance, and daily operations within your shift;
• Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
• Work closely with colleagues from other departments to solve operational challenges;
• Act as Production Supervisor when required;

• A direct contract with our client;
• A €500 gross signing bonus after 3 months;
• A salary between €3,936 and €4,800 gross per month, excluding shift allowance;
• Shift allowance of 12.5% in a 2- or 3-shift schedule and 28% in a 5-shift schedule;
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre;
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;

You are a strong and confident leader who knows how to motivate people and address challenges when needed. You feel at home in a production environment, communicate effectively, and lead by example.

What you bring:

• MBO Level 4 working and thinking level or equivalent;
• Experience leading production teams of approximately 15 employees or more;
• Experience with absence management and employee development;
• Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM;
• Good command of both Dutch and English;
• Strong communication skills and a coaching leadership style;
• Willingness to work in a shift schedule (2, 3, or 5 shifts);
