Production Operator

Are you technically minded, detail-oriented, and looking for a challenging job in production?

For our production department at Bostik in Oosterhout, we are looking for a motivated Production Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for filling cartridges with high-quality adhesives and sealants. You will ensure that the machines operate efficiently and that all products meet the highest quality standards.

Set up, operate, and monitor filling machines.

• Fill cartridges with various adhesive and sealant products.
• Change over and adjust machines during product changeovers.
• Perform quality checks on weight, filling levels, and packaging.
• Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions.
• Record production data.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Working Hours:

You will work in a 2-shift rotation:

Morning shift: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Afternoon/Evening shift: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

• Salary of €17.96 per hour, including ADV allowance, plus a 14% shift allowance.

• Experience as an operator or production employee is an advantage.
