Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality sealant and adhesive products. You will work according to established formulations, similar to carefully following a baking recipe. You will ensure that all products meet the required quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Independently producing adhesives and sealants according to specified recipes
• Performing quality inspections and checks
• Recording production data and carrying out administrative tasks
• Keeping the work area clean and organized in accordance with company guidelines
• Performing minor maintenance on production equipment
• Following all safety regulations and company procedures
• Ensuring a smooth handover of work to colleagues during shift changes
• This position involves physically active work.

Working Hours:

You will work full-time in a 2-shift system:

Morning Shift

06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Afternoon/Evening Shift

02:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• An attractive salary of €19.56 per hour, (including4.4% ATV allowance & 14% shift allowance)
