Production employee

Do you enjoy being active and prefer working with your hands? As a production worker, you will have the opportunity to learn a trade in an industrial work environment, even without technical experience. You start with a gross monthly salary of €2.600 and can quickly advance in both responsibilities and salary.

As a production worker, you assist in galvanizing various steel and aluminium products. You start with the basics and learn the production process step by step. Your main task is hanging products, after which you will be given increasing responsibilities once you have mastered the work.

No two days are exactly the same. Various products are produced in series, and the schedule can change in between when an urgent order or other ad-hoc request comes in. This keeps the work varied.

You work from 06:00 to 14:30. Additionally, you work approximately three Saturdays per year.

• A starting salary of €2.600 gross per month;
• A full-time job in day shifts from 06:00 to 14:30;

You will start by learning the basic duties. As you learn more and become able to perform tasks independently, you will be given increasingly more responsibilities, and your salary can grow accordingly.

You will be working for an internationally operating organization specializing in protecting steel and aluminum with a galvanized coating. The products range from large industrial components to smaller products for private clients.

The work environment is industrial and practically oriented. You will work outdoors frequently or in conditions that are not always clean. You should therefore have no problem with that. At the same time, you will be given the opportunity to learn the trade in practice and further develop yourself.

• You are available full-time and would like to work day shifts;
• You speak English;
• Technical work experience is not required; we value motivation and a willingness to learn more;
• You have no problem with physical work and working in an industrial environment;
• You have no difficulty working outdoors or in a non-clean workplace;
• You have your own accommodation and can travel to work independently.
