PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE

Looking for a stable job in production with fixed daytime hours and a good salary? Join VDL MPC in Amersfoort as a Production Employee. You will earn €17.07 gross per hour and work from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 15:45.

In this hands-on role, you will help build high-quality metal products used in the defence and high-tech industry. If you have experience in assembly, metalworking or production and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect job for you.

As a Production Employee, you will assemble and finish metal components and structures based on technical drawings and work instructions. Together with your team, you ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling and fitting metal housings and structures according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Drilling holes and creating cut-outs in metal components.
• Cutting, sawing and shaping metal parts to the required dimensions.
• Performing basic milling and machining operations.
• Spot welding, tack welding or joining metal components where required.
• Modifying metal parts to accommodate internal components, wiring and assemblies.
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and technical requirements.
• Working according to safety, quality and production procedures.

• €17.07 gross per hour, including ADV allowance, approximately €2,943 gross per month.
• Travel allowance and 8% holiday pay.

• Full-time availability.
• Good command of Dutch or English to understand work and safety instructions.
• Experience with drilling, cutting, grinding, milling and general metalworking techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• An eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). Adecco will reimburse the costs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the defence, aerospace or high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Welding or spot-welding experience.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and production standards.
